The White House announced that reality TV stars Julie and Todd Chrisley will be receiving pardons from President Trump.

The couple, known for the show “Chrisley Knows Best” was found guilty in 2022 of conspiring to defraud community banks out of more than $30 million of fraudulent loans and of tax evasion for hiding their earnings. Their accountant was also convicted of several crimes.

The White House shared a video of Mr. Trump talking to the Chrisley children over the phone in the Oval Office.

“Your parents are going to be free and clean, and I hope we can do it by tomorrow,” Mr. Trump says in the video.

“I don’t know them, but give them my regards,” he says.

The pardons were signed Tuesday evening, CNN reported.

The show chronicled the couple’s life in Georgia and aired from 2014 to 2023. Todd was sentenced to 12 years in prison and Julie was sentenced to seven years. They were also ordered to pay $17.8 million in restitution.

The Chrisley family is no stranger to the Trumps.

Savannah Chrisley, the couple’s daughter, spoke at the Republican National Convention in July where she spoke of her parents’ incarceration.

“We live in a nation founded on freedom, liberty, and justice for all. Justice is supposed to be blind, but today we have a two-faced justice system. Just look at what they’re doing to President Trump. All the while, let’s face it, Hunter Biden is roaming around free and attending classified meetings,” Savannah said.
