Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said another deal to free the hostages from Gaza is in the works.
“We hope will succeed,” he said in the Oval Office beside President Trump. “We’re committed to getting all of the hostages out.”
The prime minister also said they were focused on getting the “evil” Hamas out of Gaza.
“Enabling the people of Gaza to freely make a choice to go wherever they want. I mean they should have that choice,” he said.
Mr. Netanyahu said he and Mr. Trump discussed the president’s plans for redeveloping Gaza and what countries could take any refugees who want to leave.
A ceasefire between Israel and Hamas ended last month when the Hamas terrorist group refused to accept the terms set by the U.S. to free more hostages.
