Homeland Security Secretary Noem says migrant cannibal 'started to eat himself'

Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem said an illegal immigrant cannibal who was being deported suddenly “started to eat himself.”

Ms. Noem revealed the startling incident while speaking alongside President Trump in Florida, where they were opening the “Alligator Alcatraz” detention facility on Tuesday.

Ms. Noem said she heard the story from U.S. marshals, who have been deputized to help enforce immigration law.

They were deporting someone they said was a cannibal.

“He started to eat himself,” she said.

She said that was an example of the “deranged individuals” her department is targeting.
